Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been sent.

 

Exceptions (Defective Files): I am committed to quality. If the digital file you receive is corrupt, incomplete, or technically defective, please contact me within 14 days of purchase. I will attempt to provide a corrected file. If a correction is not possible, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
